After following up with several of our office occupants concerning work that was done for them by Capital Office, I want to say thank you again to both you and Eric. Your work is always done well and in a timely fashion. Several customers have described their jobs as having been done perfectly.

I just wanted to let you know that Tim went way above and beyond helping us out with our little cube remodel on Monday. There were quite a few little tweaks and requests that he gladly accommodated, and he provided input on a variety of other related topics such as how to hang a whiteboard, and recommended getting in touch with you if we wanted to do something such as lowering a wall. So I just wanted to let you know you've got someone working for you who leaves a great impression.

Please accept my compliments and thanks for creating an enjoyable experience of working together in problem-solving at our offices on 2nd floor of the Aurora in Deadhorse.
Roger Belson and Arturo (sorry if my spelling is off) were prompt, hard-working, and just plain enjoyable to have around.
They were both remarkable in their commitment to us as your customers.
Presented with some real challenges, especially after a long day of work at another site, they sought me out after dinner to walk-down the area, listening to our needs, discussing solutions, then immediately digging in.
If they were tired, frustrated or unhappy, we never saw or heard it.
They worked late into the evening, and we arrived early the next morning to find everything exactly as discussed.
That is truly an exceptional result in my eyes. We deeply appreciate them and their oustanding efforts.
These guys are great!
Thanks also to [Jackie]. You were very prompt and professional in contacting me, making certain I had all necessary contact information and ensuring we clearly agreed on the intended outcome.
This obviously had been conveyed to Roger and Arturo--in my experience, an often overlooked step. Then there was the all-important follow up by all of you to verify successful resolution.
You've provided exceptional service.

Capital Office has been outstanding to work with. Clint Johnson and his design associates have been extremely helpful in identifying our needs, responsive to our requests, and professional in handling our indecisive moments over making choices, changing, etc. The install crew has been a great group to work with here on site also; calling ahead to schedule delivery, install, fixes, and so on. We look forward to working with them again. Please pass on my compliments through your organization to them if you can.
